Josh Parker is the writer's alter ego. A. J. Cushner wrote two weekly columns for suburban Boston newspapers for seventeen years in the Brookline Citizen, Brookline Standard and Community Tab Newspapers (300,000 readers) and monthly columns for Boston Magazine. He is a graduate of Boston Latin School, Bowdoin College and Boston University Law School. He speaks five different languages including Russian and Spanish. He has traveled extensively in Europe, Central and South American and currently lives in Florida. He sails, flies, climbs, shoots, fishes and skis. He writes about places where he has traveled and lived. He has been retired for the last six years. This is his first novel.
